Dear Mr./ Mrs. There are two train stations in Madrid. Atocha y Chamartin. Atocha is the closest one. By metro from Atocha takes you beetwen 20 to 30 minutes. If you take a taxi to get to the Hotel, 15 minutes.

One of the best…
The Location was Great! Close to most major Attractions. The Staff was very accommodating and helpful. The gentleman, at the front desk, made great recommendations, according to what I indicated my interests to be. And, suggested a Wonderful, Flamenco performance, a short walk from the hotel. I ,must say, the Flamenco performance was Extraordinary! Whatever, I needed, (whether, getting a taxi to train station to storing my luggage after checkout was easily arranged, with outmost courtesy. Not to mention, good humor! :). I , also liked the Esthetics of the hotel. The cleanliness and attention to detail. Also, loved, the pleasing “Rose” scent of the hotel.
Didn’t have a coffee maker in my Room. Having said…it was , perhaps, a “blessing in disguise “. As, I am sure, there’s no way, I can make Coffee to taste quite as good as is in Spain’s restaurants or coffee shops , anyone can , easily, find nearby. :)

Aesthetically, very pleasing! Loved the Rose scent throughout hotel! Excellent location! Was give excellent information by front desk staff best places to visit. Especially, the Flamenco performance which was Outstanding! Staff was very accommodating, with respect to helping me store my luggage, extend my stay and providing me with Quick transportation to train station upon my checkout. The front desk gentleman was easy going and very helpful!! Loved this hotel in every respect . Great value for my $!
Would have liked to have a coffee machine in my room. Having said. There’s no way I could have made my own coffee to taste l, as good as, made, in most restaurants or coffee shops, found in Spain, Actually, in a weird way, not having a coffee maker turned into a “blessing in disguise “. As, I went next door to a coffee shop and had a great tasting coffee! Overall, great experience. Highly, recommend this hotel.

Excellent Stay
Location is great as its very close to Gran Via street (shopping and dining). Other attractions like Retiro Park, Plaza de Cibeles and Puerta de Alcala are at walking distance. Rooms are clean, breakfast has a healthy spread. Reception is courteous and very helpful. Special mention for my friend Antonio a gem of a person, very polite and has a very good sense of humour.

Loved this hotel, staff very helpful, great location. I would definitely come back again.
Breakfast was good, could be more variety on hot food but overall breakfast was very good. Location was excelllent, near main street and Palace. Very central.
Walls in the bedroom not sound proof. You could hear your room neighbours talking when they came into their bedroom late at night which disturbed my sleep
